Interviewer Structure

I usually follow the structure of:

Introduce myself
Talk about Netragard
Talk about the position
Let the candidate tell me about their background
While I listen I make notes
Then I usually start with an easy question like “What is TCP vs UDP”
Then I pick something on the resume and ask them high-level questions then slowly get more complex with each question.
If they get it wrong I explain it
